a). Can I create a refund request for my Buy 2 Get 1 order?

     No, as per Maniac's policy for the "Buy 2, Get 1" offer, we do not accept returns/refunds. However, you can request an exchange if you need a different size for any of the items in your order, subject to availability. Any refund requests created will not be processed. If you need assistance with an exchange, feel free to reach out to us.

  1. b) Who will process the exchange?

The exchange process will be handled by Maniac. In the event of reverse courier unavailability, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to the Maniac warehouse. The return cost you've covered will be refunded to you within 48 hours after we complete internal checks.

Self-Shipping:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

c). What are the conditions and process of Returns & Exchange Policy?

     At Maniac, we strive to ensure you love every piece you get from us. For our special "Buy 2, Get 1" offer, please note the following policy:

  1. Exchange Period
  • Customers can initiate an Exchange within 7 days after the delivery date. Please ensure the exchange process is initiated within this time frame. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) the exchange will be initiated.
  1. Original Condition
  • The exchange product must be in its original condition without any signs of damage, wear, or alterations. Can exchange only once.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories that came with the product must be included in the exchange.
  1. Exchange for Size Only
  • No Refunds: This offer is non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed only for a different size, subject to availability. 
  1. Final Sale
  • Items purchased under this promotion are considered final sale and are only eligible for size exchanges.
