a). Can I create a refund request for my Buy 2 Get 1 order?
No, as per Maniac's policy for the "Buy 2, Get 1" offer, we do not accept returns/refunds. However, you can request an exchange if you need a different size for any of the items in your order, subject to availability. Any refund requests created will not be processed. - b) Who will process the exchange?
The exchange process will be handled by Maniac. In the event of reverse courier unavailability, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to the Maniac warehouse. The return cost you've covered will be refunded to you within 48 hours after we complete internal checks.

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

- All tags, packaging, and accessories that came with the product must be included in the exchange.
- Exchange for Size Only
- No Refunds: This offer is non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed only for a different size, subject to availability.
