RETURN POLICY

a). What are the conditions of Return policy?

At Maniac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your products under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: Customers can return their products within 7 days after delivery. Please ensure the return process is initiated within this time frame.
  2. Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition without any damage, wear, or alterations. All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

b). How to apply for a Return?

We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please follow these steps to apply for a return or exchange:

  1. Visit Our Returns Page: Go to this link to create a return or exchange request.
  2. Log In:
    • Log in using either your email address or phone number.
    • Verify your identity with the code sent to your respective email or phone number

 

     3. Create Return/Exchange Order:

    • Once logged in, follow the instructions to create a return or exchange order.
    • Ensure you provide the necessary details about the product and reason for the return or exchange.

 

REFUND POLICY

a). How much time does it take to initiate the refund for Returns?

Once we received your order, we will start initiating for a refund. It takes 5-10 bank working days, to reflect in your accounts. 

b). How much time does it take to initiate the refund for Cancellation?

If your cancellation request is processed, it takes 5-10 bank working days, to reflect in your accounts.

c). How do I receive my money back for the returned product?

We will send you the refund link within 48 hours of the day you hand over the product to the courier. Verify your mobile number using the link, and choose how you'd like to redeem your refund. Once selected, the amount will be refunded to your account within 24 hours.

 

d). What is the refund process for multiple discounted orders where all but one product is returned?

Refund Policy in case of Multiple orders:

  • If you purchased more than one product from our store with a discount and returned the products by keeping only one product. 
  • Your discount will be disqualified and your order will be considered as a single purchase and the original price of the kept product will be taken into account for the refund calculation.
  • Let's say you purchased three products A, B & C from our store at a discounted price.
  • However, you later decided to return two of the products (Product B and Product C), while keeping only one product (Product A).
  • According to our refund policy, since you are returning products that were part of a multiple product discount, the discount will be disqualified. 
  • This means your order will be treated as a single product purchase, and the original price of the kept product will be used for the refund calculation. 
  • Please note that the actual refund amount might be further adjusted based on shipping modes, and other charges.

Calculation:

           Refund Amount = Total Value of Multiple order - Original price of kept product

  1. If you’re returning all the products in your order in this collection, we will be refunding the total value you’ve paid in the collection without fail.
  2. In case of returning partial products of your order, we will be refunding the value which arrives after deducting the actual value of the kept product from the Total Order value

Calculation:

Refund Value = Total order value – Original value of Kept Product

For Ex:

You’re purchasing 2 products from this collection

Product A – 595

Product B – 655

Total Order value after discount – 999

You wish to return Product B

Refund Value = 999 – 595 = 404
