How to place an order?

To purchase a product, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our wide selection of products and select the item which you like to buy.
  • Select the correct size by referring to the size chart and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • Once you added all the products, click the ‘cart’ icon located on the top right corner of the page. You have the option to continue shopping or click ‘checkout’.
  • If you are a new user, create an account or login with your existing Maniaclife account.
  • After that, review your order details and shipping/delivery address and continue to make payment.
  • Select any payment option like Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet, or COD(Cash on Delivery) and click ‘Place Order’.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

  • After your order successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation Email/SMS with all the details. Also, you can see your order on the ‘My Orders page’.

How My Order will be received?

  • Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 business days depends on your location by our delivery partners.

I attempted to place an order through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallet, my money was deducted but the order was not successful. What to do now?

  • Please be patient, do not panic. Kindly check your account statement to ensure the amount has been debited.
  • If your account has been deducted due to payment failure, normally the amount will be credited back to your account within 10 bank working days.
