Maniac Exchange Policy

1. Who will process the exchange?

The exchange process will be handled by Maniac. In the event of reverse courier unavailability, the customer will be responsible for returning the item to the Maniac warehouse. The return cost you've covered will be refunded to you within 48 hours after we complete internal checks.

Self-Shipping:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please make sure to pack the items securely to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Ensure that the ORDER ID, your registered address and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.

 

2. What are the conditions and process of Returns & Exchange Policy?

     At Maniac, we strive to ensure you love every piece you get from us.

  1. Exchange Period
  • Customers can initiate an Exchange within 7 days after the delivery date. Please ensure the exchange process is initiated within this time frame. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) the exchange will be initiated.
  1. Original Condition
  • The exchange product must be in its original condition without any signs of damage, wear, or alterations. Can exchange only once.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories that came with the product must be included in the exchange.

      3. a) How to Apply for an Exchange?

      We want to make the exchange process as easy as possible. Please follow these steps:

      1. a) Visit Our Returns & Exchange Page 
      • Go to the provided link to create an exchange request.
      1. b) Log In
      • Log in using either your Order ID & email address or phone number.
      1. c) Create an Exchange Order
      • Once logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to create an exchange order.
      • Ensure you provide all necessary details about the product and the reason for the exchange.
