This Privacy Policy explains how the MANIAC RUSH mobile game ("the App") handles information. The App is published by MANIAC (maniaclife.com).

The short version

MANIAC RUSH is a single-player arcade game. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information. Your best score and sound preference are stored only on your device.

Information we collect

None. Specifically:

• No account, login, name, email, or contacts.
• No location data.
• No analytics or third-party tracking.
• The App makes no network connections and requires no internet permission.
• Your best score and sound on/off setting are saved locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to share, sell, or store on a server.

Advertising

The current version of MANIAC RUSH does not contain ads. If a future version introduces advertising (for example, Google AdMob), this policy will be updated before that version is released to disclose what the ad provider collects (such as a device advertising identifier) and the choices available to you.

Children

MANIAC RUSH is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Data security and retention

Local data (best score, sound preference) remains on your device under Android's app sandbox and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
