a) Are there any shipping charges?

A big NO. We provide Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders. No minimums. No extra fees.

b) Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

c) How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order is placed successfully, we process and dispatch it within 24-48 hours.

d) When will I receive my order?

After shipping, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location.

e) Where can I find my tracking details?

You’ll receive your tracking info via Email/SMS/Whatsapp once your order is shipped. You can also track it anytime from the ‘My Orders’ page on our website.

f) What if I’m not available to receive the order?

Our courier partner will try again the next business day. If they’re unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us.

• For prepaid orders, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method once we receive the returned package.
